Solution 1 – 3-in-1 Integrated Solution

This 3-in-1 integrated control solution combines traction, hydraulic pump control, and steering in a single controller, significantly simplifying the vehicle wiring harness, reducing overall vehicle costs, and greatly improving vehicle stability.

The controller's internal communication enables speed limiting during turns. It supports both CAN-based and analog control handle operation. One built-in proportional valve drive output enables proportional fork lifting and lowering, significantly improving stacking stability. Steering input signals support commonly used voltage-based and pulse-based steering angle inputs. The controller is easy to commission and optionally supports built-in Bluetooth connectivity, allowing direct configuration and commissioning via a mobile app or WeChat Mini Program.

Solution 2 – 2-in-1 Solution

AC Induction Traction + Servo Steering

This 2-in-1 solution supports AC traction motor control and a variety of steering motor configurations. The hydraulic pump motor is controlled via a pump contactor to perform lifting operations. Internal controller communication enables speed limiting during turns. For steering applications, the solution supports permanent magnet synchronous motors with ABI encoders or RS-485 communication, as well as brushless DC motors equipped with incremental AB encoders and three-phase Hall sensors.

This is a traditional stand-on pallet truck control solution consisting of an independent traction drive and an independent steering drive.

A variety of controller configurations are available, including AC traction with brushed DC steering, and permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) traction with PMSM steering. The steering controller transmits the current steering angle to the traction controller via CAN communication. The traction controller then adjusts vehicle speed according to the steering angle, enabling speed limiting during turns.

The A4P × 2 configuration in Solution 2 is a preliminary selection. Final selection must be verified based on the specifications of both motors, load requirements, and thermal dissipation conditions. All three configurations are intended as product selection guidelines for website presentation and do not represent validated standard bills of materials (BOMs).
