This 2-in-1 controller solution integrates brushless DC traction drive and brushed DC pump control. It reduces vehicle wiring complexity and wiring harness costs while improving the accuracy of battery level readings on the display. Supports CAN communication with CAN-based control handles, lithium batteries, and displays.
This controller solution is CE-certified and meets export requirements. It supports CAN communication and CAN-based control handle protocols, as well as analog control handle operation. Multiple switch input pins and two low-power drive outputs are provided to control the lifting pump contactor and lowering solenoid valve, making the solution suitable for walkie stacker trucks as well.
This is a conventional electric pallet truck control solution, offering multiple current ratings to meet different application requirements. It supports CAN communication and CAN-based control handle protocols, as well as analog control handle operation. The controller provides two low-power drive outputs for controlling the lifting pump contactor and lowering solenoid valve.
The A4P × 2 configuration in Solution 2 is a preliminary selection. Final selection must be verified based on the specifications of both motors, load requirements, and thermal dissipation conditions. All three configurations are intended as product selection guidelines for website presentation and do not represent validated standard bills of materials (BOMs).
