Solution 1

2-in-1 Brushed Pump Control Solution

This controller solution is a 2-in-1 electric control solution integrating brushless DC traction drive and brushed DC pump control. It supports CAN communication and can communicate with the CAN handle, lithium battery, and display, reducing overall vehicle wiring complexity and saving wiring harness costs while also improving the accuracy of battery level display on the display.

It reduces vehicle wiring complexity and wiring harness costs while improving the accuracy of battery level readings on the display. Serial communication is also supported.

This system integrates hydraulic pump control while supporting traction drive, enabling proportional control of the pump motor. The maximum pump current reaches 300A. Fork lifting can be flexibly controlled via the lift pump throttle input, while the built-in proportional valve control enables flexible control of fork lowering.

The A4P × 2 configuration in Solution 2 is a preliminary selection. Final selection must be verified based on the specifications of both motors, load requirements, and thermal dissipation conditions. All three configurations are intended as product selection guidelines for website presentation and do not represent validated standard bills of materials (BOMs).
