The XD5 is an integrated floor scrubber controller combining traction, left and right brush motors, vacuum, brush deck lifting, and squeegee lifting control in a single unit.Supporting up to 12 digital inputs and 8 NPN outputs, it is compatible with potentiometer and Hall-effect throttle inputs, meeting the control requirements of a wide range of conventional floor scrubbers.

支持多种通讯协议及调试工具

支持 CAN2.0‑B、CANopen 协议；对接物联网模块实现远程监控、租赁锁机；支持CAN/串口/U‑盘固件升级。

便捷的故障诊断，全部应用参数可调节

故障指示灯输出故障码，可读取实时故障、记录历史故障；电机、IO 映射、全套清洁业务逻辑可参数化调节。

To reduce failures, ensure that the controller's current ratings are properly matched to the brush and vacuum motors, and configure appropriate start/stop sequences and overcurrent protection settings.

For routine maintenance, regularly inspect the battery and electrical connectors, and promptly address issues such as motor stalling, vacuum system blockages, and moisture ingress in wiring harnesses.

Q Can a Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber Controller Directly Replace Another Brand's Controller Board? ⌄

Yes. Our controllers can be adapted to the vehicle's existing electrical system. Before replacement, compatibility must be verified for the brush and vacuum motor voltage and current ratings, control signals, communication protocols, connectors, and mounting dimensions.

Once the wiring is properly configured and functional commissioning is completed, the controller can be integrated into the corresponding vehicle model.
