The 6th General Assembly of the Association of Cleaning Equipment and Supplies Suppliers (ACCESS) concluded on March 29 in Shanghai.
As an influential organization in China's cleaning equipment industry, ACCESS brings together more than 300 member companies across the entire industry value chain. Through the development of energy efficiency standards, promotion of intelligent transformation, and international technical exchange, the association continues to support high-quality industry development.
At the conference, Zheng Jian, Founder and CEO of DALA Motion, was successfully elected Vice President of ACCESS in recognition of his innovative contributions and industry influence in motor control technology.
This appointment represents recognition from the cleaning industry of both his technical leadership and DALA Motion's innovation achievements. It also reflects the greater industry responsibility that comes with this role.

During the conference, CEO Zheng Jian highlighted two major challenges facing the industry from a component supplier's perspective:
1. Quality Challenges
How can the industry avoid becoming trapped in a race to the bottom, characterized by declining quality and unsustainable price competition?
2. Challenges in Expanding into International Markets
How can companies better understand customers' actual needs and develop differentiated technology strategies that deliver unique value to distributors and overseas customers while building stronger brand recognition?
DALA Motion remains committed to long-term investment in the cleaning equipment industry, offering solutions across a wide range of vehicle types, including brushless DC motor controllers and AC induction motor controllers. Through high-quality products and continuous R&D innovation, we aim to grow together with our customers and industry partners.
At the conference, the 2025 Commercial Scrubber Dryer Standard was officially released. As a key component of commercial scrubber dryers, the electrical control system plays a vital role in overall machine performance and reliability.
Drawing on more than a decade of technical expertise and industry experience, DALA Motion participated in the development of the standard as one of the contributing organizations and took responsibility for drafting the section covering electrical control systems.

Looking ahead, DALA Motion will take this appointment as an opportunity to further advance its mission of "Driving the Cleaning Revolution Through Motor Control Technology". Together with ACCESS members, we will help build an open and collaborative industry ecosystem.
Through continuous optimization of motor drive and control algorithms and the expansion of intelligent IoT applications, we aim to help cleaning equipment evolve toward greater efficiency and lower carbon emissions.
Working alongside our industry partners, we will continue to lead through technology, help shape industry standards, and build a new, more efficient, intelligent, and sustainable cleaning industry ecosystem.
From product selection to production line operation, we provide end-to-end support through on-site operational guidance and comprehensive after-sales technical assistance.
